It's a basement flat with two separate bathrooms, a washing machine, a kitchenette, a closet, a large living room area he wants to eventually move the studio into, a regular sized room and a child's room he is currently filming out of. Basically a full two-bedroom flat he can live out of. He's on a year lease and I doubt (being in the city) the rent on this is going to come at a bargain. He made it clear this was just for filming purposes and he has his regular flat elsewhere.

Why not film out of one of the rooms in his flat? Is he planning on moving Dijana & the girls into the flat at one point and this "Ramacro" is his hooker hideout? It has way too much space and facilities for some place he's only going to be filming a week or so out of the month. Likewise it irks him that Kim outranked him in terms of her career as compared to his. So he’ll stop at nothing to discredit her. He wants to either prove she was something less than a lawyer or bait her into listing her C.V. so he can go down the list and harass individuals and organisations whom she has ever been affiliated with. He’s probably already made inquiries to legal associations in Australia asking for info.
He’s also big on “gotchas”.

The JW Watch Reddit is different from the xJW one. Lloyd got pissy with the mods there and set off on his own, starting the JW Watch one.
Except “he” didn’t really start it. Producer Bob did at his request. Fast forward to the present day when all hell was breaking loose, Leica Fox/Amanda Blackett, a Lloyd diehard and JW Watch mod started shit with Producer Bob, which then resulted in her being removed as a mod. Then Producer Bob removed herself as owner/mod and set it to private. Thus without any mod or admin to approve new member requests, no one new can request to join and it consists only of people who were on that subReddit before it being locked down.
So like Lloyd Evans the professional “activist”, the JW Watch subReddit is dying a slow and agonising death. JW Watch the website is doing even worse, with the latest article posted in August 2021 by resigned editor Mark O’Donnell.
